Listen, Reader.

I know you’re that caterpillar that realizes it is time for change.

The caterpillar that’s ready for metamorphosis.

To return to its pure heart.
To be a trusting heart.

A heart free from its cage.

But you haven't been answering yet. You're still a caterpillar.

It’s just an honest conversation from Life Cultivator to Life Cultivator.

No candy-coated lie.
No hard feelings.

Let’s clear this up so there’s no confusion.

What’s keeping you a caterpillar and your heart in a 'surviving' state?

Human nature is really fundamental in human life and a core aspect that needs to be understood in Life Cultivation.

Human nature is a raw force that pushes everything forward in life, and to a large extent sets the pace for the progress of change of humanity as a whole.

Humans have many needs on many many levels.

>> Natural instincts
>> Survival instincts
>> Social needs …

This includes to protect and maintain life itself. The need for feeling safe. The need to love, feel loved and give love. The need to feel seen, to feel heard, for connection, interaction with other human beings. Needs for expression etc.

But we have more needs.

What about the needs beyond the instinctual level?

What about the need to manifest and experience the pure state of the spiritual heart, including the natural qualities of the heart? Such as Trust, Openness, Love, Gratitude and Gongjing (a composite heart quality encompassing true respect and humility).

We all have what we need to develop and evolve beyond survival, to enter the next stage where the caterpillar "crystalizes" to transform into a butterfly.

It’s all inside human nature.

But in order to evolve our human nature, we also need to evolve some fundamental patterns of our consciousness.

Everything gets filtered by the patterns of the consciousness, and they can only perceive, process, store and transmit partial information (read here if you missed the last newsletter →), and their main focus is on survival.

That’s why it is all about survival. Cause that's their job!

The thing is, the needs on the spiritual heart level get pretty much neglected when the needs on the survival level get all the attention.

The good news is that we can also update and evolve our patterns so that the barriers that they create can get removed, and when the conditions are right the next stage of the caterpillar metamorphosis can begin.

Human Nature aspires to the positive and the good. This core need manifests as our aspiration for a better life. Our aspiration for betterment is actually meant to manifest in its natural affinity to the universe, to align with the law of change and unify with the infinite wisdom of the universe.

I know you’re more than ready.

We all want to reform into the butterfly, spread our wings and fly.

And although many people are searching for this true connection to their heart, as many are convinced that their heart is already there with them.

"I need to do nothing."

Your heart is there.

But it’s not because your heart is there that it is already manifesting in its pure and unconditional state.

In Life Cultivation we aim for the true nature to manifest, and this means we need a heart without any conditions.

If you choose to focus on removing what does not allow this true connection of the heart to manifest instead, then there will be many incredible and some uncomfortable surprises ahead.
